Shayne has over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Magazine Publication, Meeting Production, and Public Relations having held positions in creative direction for print and digital, brand strategy, account management, launch, and national meeting production. She has worked in large and small advertising agencies, design firms, and in-house brand, marketing, and creative groups. 

Currently, she is a consultant for various companies including healthcare, business services, retail, fashion, and technology, working on brand development, product launches, packaging, event planning and production, and creative development.

Shayne holds an executive MBA from Harvard Business School in marketing and design management. She also holds a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, with a focus in brand strategy from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communications and Graphic Design from Elon University.
